White interiors do not guarantee that you will agree with our advice or opinions. These are simply our recommendations based on our experience.
Although studies show that home staging helps sell homes faster, we do not guarantee that your home will sell or sell for a better price. Other factors, such as your local real estate market and the decisions you and your realtor or broker make are crucial.
All sales are final. By purchasing our products or services, you are agreeing with our Terms and Conditions. We do not issue refunds for completed consultations.
REFUND POLICY FOR UNUSED CONSULTATIONS OR WRITTEN REPORTS: We are here to provide best services and we are committed to client satisfaction. So, if within 90 days of your purchase and prior to submitting your information you change your mind, we will provide a refund less a 4% credit card processing fee. After 90 days, or once you have initiated the consultation or report creation process by submitting your information, we can no longer provide a refund.
Client will receive design recommendations based on photos, videos or other material provided by the client.
By purchasing our services, you agree that White Interiors cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and ideas you receive from White interiors team. While we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, design is inherently subjective.
Due to the nature of online shopping, White interiors has made every effort to recommended products and their colors and materials in the most accurate way on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by White interiors Staging as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate scale of your space based on photos provided but can’t guarantee that all recommended products will fit your space. Customers are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing. Customers are required to ensure the return policy of any design item is to their liking.
White interiors do not guarantee, or warranty any of the products or merchandise purchased by you using our services or those services of a service provider. your only recourse or remedy for guarantee or warranty claims is directly with the manufacturer or producer of the merchandise.
Additionally, White Interiors will attempt to ensure that all retail product links are current to assist clients with purchasing design items, there is no guarantee that the furniture or accessories recommended by us will be available for purchase at all OR within a specific time frame due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet. If prices are provided as part of the design service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the customer will find the article at the similar price when they order.
Our visual documentation 2D or 3D floor plans are not to be used as a construction document or for renovation purposes. Our plans are strictly for visual reference relating to decor and design that you can do yourself. We recommend hiring professionals for lighting installation and for hanging heavy items that need to be anchored to your walls.
DESIGN CONSULTATION GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY: You have paid for our time so we can’t provide a refund if for some reason you move, or something changes before you can implement our recommendations. if you have any objections or concerns about the recommendations, we ask that you share them with us along with photos of your color samples and give us the opportunity to redo our selections before you reject them outright. We will not provide a refund unless we have had the chance to adjust our initial recommendations.
