A. White interiors provides the online home staging consultation process that is an objective look at your home or investment property. We tour the property to get an idea of which characteristics should be emphasized and which flaws should be minimized, Our stylists can also make suggestions on what changes or repairs would further improve the sale price of the property. Our team will discuss timeline, budget, and priorities with you. Once a strategy is agreed upon consultation, a detailed action plan will be sent to the customer within 48 hours.

Q. Is it worth staging an empty home before putting it on the market?

A. Definitely, It can be hard for home buyers to get a true sense of livability and a sense of space when a home is empty. Without home staging, buyers are more likely to focus on negative aspects of the home, such as poor maintenance, awful carpets and flooring, lack of architectural detail, or inadequate size. Furthermore, empty spaces tend to feel cold and uninviting. With home staging, we can create a warm inviting home that buyers can start to imagine living in.

Q. Should every house be staged to sell?

A. Yes, we believe staging is the best marketing to sell a house! Even the most beautiful home needs to be de-personalized so potential buyers can imagine themselves living in it. How you decorate your home to live in and how you decorate it to sell are very different. The decorating choices you make for your home may suit your taste and lifestyle, but they may not suit those of a wide range of potential buyers and may not show off your home’s best attributes. Homebuyers are typically looking for bright, clean, spacious homes with great flow. Many buyers have difficulty picturing themselves and their belongings in a home if it is cluttered and has outdated decor. Cleaning, de-cluttering, de-personalizing, organizing, and of course property staging is needed in almost every home, and these adjustments can have an enormous effect on what your property will eventually sell for.

A. Your home is your greatest investment, so you want to make sure that it is in the best possible condition before putting it on the market. Our goal is to ensure that your house sells quickly and for the highest price possible. Our award-winning stylists can reorganize your furniture during your online consultation and give you advice on partial styling.

Q. What is our cancellation policy for consultations?

A. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Please read our cancellations, terms, and conditions for additional information.

Q. What are the payment terms for our virtual consultations?

A. White Interiors requires payment in full cleared before our consultation. A 100% payment is required to confirm your booking. We have credit card facilities available for payment.

Q. What if my house is already on the market but is not selling?

A. We are familiar with such cases and it’s not too late to call us for a consultation. White interiors can help you organize a strategy to get your house sold quickly!

Q. When should I contact a home stager before putting my home on the market?

A. 3 weeks or one month is even better! But in saying that, we can schedule a consultation in a matter of days if we have availability. (We book out very fast!) You should consider some extra time to prepare your home.
